"Services" include but are not limited to our 5-axis machining centers, technical support, maintenance, training, and related consulting services.
2 Use of Services
Our services are intended for commercial and industrial use by qualified professionals. You agree to use our products and services in accordance with:

3 Product Specifications and Warranties
We provide detailed specifications for all our 5-axis machining centers, including precision ratings, performance parameters, and technical capabilities. Our warranty terms include:
4 Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in our products, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of PrecEdge CNC. This includes:
- 38 invention patents including core 5-axis control technologies
- 76 utility model patents for mechanical innovations
- 12 software copyrights for CNC control systems
- Proprietary manufacturing processes and quality control methods
5 Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality products and services, our liability is limited as follows:
Maximum Liability Cap:
Our total liability for any claims arising from our products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, production delays, or business interruption.
6 Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal and business data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and local privacy regulations.

8 Dispute Resolution

- Direct Negotiation: Initial attempt to resolve through direct communication within 30 days
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, mediation through recognized international arbitration bodies
- Arbitration: Final binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)
The governing law shall be the laws of the People's Republic of China, with jurisdiction in Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
9 Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through:
